Dr. Jon I. Sattler is Board Certified in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, the only organization recognized in the medical community for training Plastic Surgeons. He is up-to-date on advanced techniques in plastic and cosmetic surgery. He continues to attend medical education meetings where the innovative aspects of surgery are discussed. As the result of his rigorous medical training background: undergraduate studies at Florida State University, medical school at the University of  Florida, internship at  the University of  Chicago and general surgery training at the University of Miami and Emory University,  Dr Sattler qualified to train with the renowned Dr. John Kelleher in Toledo, Ohio. Training with Dr Kelleher elevated Dr Sattler’s surgical skills and confirmed his ethical standards in the art of plastic surgery.

     For thirty years Dr Sattler has cared for over 7000 satisfied patients from all around the world. Dr Sattler’s skills have grown in notoriety as he has been an active member of the surgical community, contributing to multiple articles in national, state and local journals.  Recently, an article was published in ‘The New England Journal of Medicine”, the world’s foremost medical journal. His work on the augmentation mammoplasty has been quoted in surgical textbooks on the breast. Dr Sattler has also been an invited speaker at prestigious national meetings on the topic of breasts and liposuction. Dr Sattler’s thirst for knowledge has led him to pursue additional studies of psychiatry, dermatology, epidemiology and sex therapy. He is also a certified sex therapist.  

     Dr Sattler is also a member of the Screen Actor’s Guild. He has been talent in several movies, including “Road to Perdition”. He has also been involved in commercial work as well as writing novels, screen plays and treatments.
